Every year for the American Heart Association in Chattanooga, TN hosts its annual ball and the main decoration is roses. Mr. Mike Lees is the event designer. He and his team of volunteers use #4 white cone filters to hand make the roses for the decorations. Each rose takes 15 minutes to make using 10 filters per rose, spray paints them, lets them dry overnight, and then hand curls each petal with a squarer. This year they will construct 2500 blush pink and cream colored roses that will go into making the topiary arrangements. They are beautiful! Below are some pictures of a small arrangement that Mr Lees sent to Rockline.
