Our Continuing Commitment to Sustainability

Dear Rockline Associate,

As most of you know the U.S. government has made a decision to withdraw from the Paris Agreement in which signing nations addressed climate change. Many of you have asked how this will affect Rockline’s sustainability efforts. To be absolutely clear Rockline’s position on Environmental Sustainability has not changed. It is the right thing to do and will always be part of our core values.

We have always believed that capitalism and environmental sustainability can and should coexist. Our view is that environmental stewardship is not about compromise or tradeoffs, and business success can actually be enhanced while also improving the environment. This includes working to annually reduce our environmental footprint, driving new products that are more environmentally friendly and using our industry leadership position to drive change.

Our Environmental Long Term Aspirations have been, and remain, the same.

• Rockline wants to continue moving towards clean, low-carbon energy.
• Rockline wants to minimize waste and its impact on the environment.
• Rockline wants to make and sell products that sustain the environment in the long term.

We will only continue to grow and remain a leader in our industry by having informed, engaged and passionate associates. Nowhere is this more important than through our commitment to protecting our environment.
